What actually happens when you call at four on a Friday. In a customer's own words.

“I had a fire at my restaurant in the middle of the day, and the Fire Suppression system went off as well as the alarm - it was crazy! Restaurant was packed, and then this happens. I quickly contacted M & E Best Fire and they arrived promptly (Within approx. 45 minutes). These guys were very professional - First thing, they made sure my fire system got recharged and back up and running - That meant my kitchen could start working again! Once the Fire Inspector came to inspect the restaurant, they took him around and showed him everything that was done - I didn't have to do a thing!”

Our business needed the fire protection service asap, and they responded so quickly and completed the job right away! We tried to book 2 other companies previously and they were no show on the appointments, no return calls...etc. It took me two weeks and still could not compete the job. M&E Best Fire Protection is the best! They estimated the time of arrival and were punctual and quickly(within a day!) completed the job (estimate and the actual service). We are so happy to find them. They will be our fire protection guys for now on! Highly recommended!

Every phone call returned within minutes

They NEVER kept me waiting and returned EVERY phone call within minutes if they didn't answer on the first ring. The quality of the work was exceptional and when my city's very picky fire inspector wanted changes they were there right away to do those changes.

I can't say enough about this company. I am opening up a catering kitchen and I was very nervous about the hood...being that it is by far the most expensive part of my kitchen. Elad and his company from the very start made me feel comfortable. They NEVER kept me waiting and returned EVERY phone call within minutes if they didn't answer on the first ring. The quality of the work was exceptional and when my city's very picky fire inspector wanted changes they were there right away to do those changes. They would not except final payment until I was satisfied and it passed inspection. Elad and Carlos were very patient with all my questions and never made me feel silly for asking. Thank you Elad!

A suppression system for a new bakery, on time

All the work was done perfectly and completed on time. They kept their promises and went beyond their requirements. Very friendly service and more than fair pricing. Elad told us exactly what needed to be done and was very detailed about the fire Marshall requirements. He was very knowledgeable.

Told me exactly what the regulations needed

All it took was Yelp to find the best good cleaners in the valley. There was an immediate need for quite a few things related to hood cleaning , fire safety and much more . I called and I spoke w a gentleman named Michael and he gave me off to Elad. Right off the bat he told me exactly what I needed to be ok with regulations and other laws. By far the best find and I am extremely happy as there service is really something else as well as the pricing . Very impressed overall and would definitely suggest this company

What does a hood cleaning include?

The hood, the filters, the chamber behind them, the duct all the way to the roof and the exhaust fan, degreased and power washed. One crew, one visit, around your hours.
