I am a restaurant owner writing to express the great service I received from this company. I had a fire at my restaurant in the middle of the day, and the Fire Suppression system went off as well as the alarm - it was crazy! Restaurant was packed, and then this happens. I quickly contacted M & E Best Fire and they arrived promptly (Within approx. 45 minutes). These guys were very professional - First thing, they made sure my fire system got recharged and back up and running - That meant my kitchen could start working again! Once the Fire Inspector came to inspect the restaurant, they took him around and showed him everything that was done - I didn't have to do a thing! I ended up even buying some more fire extinguishers for my restaurant. They were very reasonable with the price, and I was extremely happy with the service. I would recommend these guys any day.

Our business needed the fire protection service asap, and they responded so quickly and completed the job right away! We tried to book 2 other companies previously and they were no show on the appointments, no return calls...etc. It took me two weeks and still could not compete the job. I can't say enough about this company. I am opening up a catering kitchen and I was very nervous about the hood...being that it is by far the most expensive part of my kitchen. Elad and his company from the very start made me feel comfortable. They NEVER kept me waiting and returned EVERY phone call within minutes if they didn't answer on the first ring. The quality of the work was exceptional and when my city's very picky fire inspector wanted changes they were there right away to do those changes. All it took was Yelp to find the best good cleaners in the valley. There was an immediate need for quite a few things related to hood cleaning , fire safety and much more . I called and I spoke w a gentleman named Michael and he gave me off to Elad. Right off the bat he told me exactly what I needed to be ok with regulations and other laws.
